Background :-

• The Personal Injury Service was operated as part of a general practice for 10 years until December 2001. In January 2002 Jeff Winn, the Managing Partner of the previous practice, and Ghazala Bashey started Winn Solicitors to specialise in accident claims and in particular in offering the full non fault service. In March 2004 the business was incorporated as it was felt that this was a better business medium for expansion. Dawn Winn entered the Company Management Structure as a Director shortly thereafter.

• We have approximately 100 staff who only do accident work. We are highly skilled and specialist in this area.

• The firm has expanded rapidly as a result of a high quality service to clients and a guarantee that they will receive all of their damages.

• To assist Clients we have access to many hire vehicles.

• Most of our work is from Client recommendation.

• Whilst Insurance Companies, in the competitive market place may settle claims on a “knock” for “knock” basis treating non fault claims as a claim on the policy, it is our main aim to protect the interest of the Client thereby achieving justice for innocent victims of road traffic accidents.

• If you have a road traffic accident claim we will advise you on whether you should proceed via the non fault route or via your Insurers. Where possible we will seek to avoid your Insurer in order to protect your insurance record, premiums and avoid you having to pay your excess.
